Premium, by card
Upgrade from the billing page in the dashboard, which signs in with Slack. Premium needs a card on file. Pick monthly or annual billing; annual costs less over the year.
Premium can start with a 14-day free trial (/simplepoll trial in Slack). The trial needs a card, and nothing is charged until it ends.
Enterprise, by invoice and PO
Enterprise is billed annually by invoice, paid by bank transfer, against your purchase order. It also includes the paperwork procurement usually asks for: an MSA, a DPA and completed security questionnaires. Email [email protected] to start. More on the plan on the Enterprise Grid page.
How the price is set
Premium is priced by the number of members in the workspace. Full members and multi-channel guests count. Single-channel guests, bots and deactivated accounts don't. The billing page shows your billable count.
Day-to-day changes in headcount don't change the bill. If the workspace grows or shrinks past its size band, Simple Poll gets in touch, and after a month moves you to the plan that fits.
Tax, changes and cancelling
Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Whether tax applies depends on your location and the details you give at checkout, and it's calculated and shown before you pay. Simple Poll is a service for businesses.
To change or cancel a subscription, open Billing in the dashboard.
Questions
Is Simple Poll priced per user?
No. It's one price per workspace, set by member count. Every member gets Premium.
Can we pay by invoice on Premium?
No. Premium is self-serve and needs a card. Invoice and purchase order billing is on Enterprise.
Does the trial cost anything?
No. It needs a card on file, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. To change or cancel a subscription, open Billing in the dashboard.
