Sub-processors

Klopp Industries LTD trading as Simple Poll makes use of some third party services (sub-processors), which have access to limited personal customer data. These sub-processors support the core offering of the Simple Poll service. Sub-processors provide services such as cloud infrastructure, email, file storage, analytics, user support, and payments processing. Before engaging a sub-processor Simple Poll reviews the security and privacy practices of the sub-processor and if applicable takes additional steps to ensure a high standard of privacy practices. Simple Poll currently uses the following sub-processors:

All sub-processors are either certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or have entered into EU Model Clauses, also known as ‘Standard Contractual Clauses', to meet UK GDPR requirements.

Over time, Simple Poll may seize the usage of a certain sub-processor or add a sub-processor if we believe that it will enhance our ability to deliver the Simple Poll service. We will periodically update this page to reflect additions and removals to our list of sub-processors.
